Ah, parenthood… if only there were a roadmap to guide us through it all.
But even if there were, we’d still find ourselves lost at times, because no two journeys are the same. Some paths are smooth, while others have rougher terrain, making the road ahead feel overwhelming. For some parents, these bumps may even bring excitement and growth, while for others, they trigger anxiety, fear, or uncertainty.
Some of us are fortunate to have strong role models and a solid support system to lean on. But for others, the journey can feel isolating, navigating every step alone, without the guidance, love, or support we wish we had.

Relationships
Whether it’s familial, platonic, or intimate, relationships are central to our life experiences. They shape how we connect, communicate, and feel understood.
From your earliest days, you learned how to interact with others, formed expectations, and developed protective mechanisms for moments when relationships felt disconnected or unsafe. These experiences contribute to your Attachment Style—the way you perceive yourself and how you relate to others.
When relationships become strained, it’s natural to feel emotionally off balance. Despite the time and energy you invest in nurturing these connections, you might feel lost when communication breaks down, or the relationship enters a period of turmoil. You may find yourself shutting down, avoiding difficult emotions, or slipping into people-pleasing tendencies just to keep the peace. Confusion, frustration, and uncertainty can cloud your judgment, leaving you unsure of how to move forward.
But you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
