How much does therapy cost?
The fee for the intake and initial session is $250. Following the initial assessment, session lengths and fees are tailored based on the intensity and frequency of therapy needed. Clients may choose from the following options:
- 30-minute sessions: $100 per session
- 45-minute sessions: $180 per session
- 55-minute sessions: $200 per session
Where are you located?
I am based in Michigan and offer both in-person sessions and virtual therapy services to individuals throughout the state. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
Do you accept Insurance?
We are currently in the process of credentialling with insurance companies to better serve our community.
What should I expect for my first session?
All intake paperwork must be completed prior to your initial session. If you are requesting virtual services, please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection. It is important to be in a private, comfortable, and safe space where you feel at ease during our session. While it’s acceptable to be in a stationary vehicle for your session, please note that sessions cannot be conducted while operating a moving vehicle. For safety reasons, doing so will result in the session ending immediately.
It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous before we begin. My hope is that you arrive as your authentic self, and together, we’ll start building a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship. The first session will not be a full therapy session but more of a detailed consultation. During this time, I will ask questions to better understand the work we will do together, the goals you would like to achieve, the type of treatment that will be most beneficial, and the ways I can best support you throughout this process.
What if I need to cancel?
I understand stuff happens and things arise. I ask that, if possible, you contact me to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time. All notices received less than 24 hours will be subjected to the full cost of the session.
